Since Conflux is a rather young startup, a buggy app and the occasional stability issues are somewhat expected. However, we believe that the Conflux team is working hard on fixing those and any other problems that are bound to happen.

hellonext is a simple customer feedback management that gives its users powerful features to organize their feedback. hellonext helps you build better products for your customers.

Advantages of hellonext

Private Buckets - This feature allows you to gather easily feedback from a limited customer base. By gathering feedback from only a certain number of customers, you minimize the risk of your competitors finding out what are you building. Additionally, you can provide user-specific permissions to some customers. These allow them to moderate all the feedback submission you get.

Request Status  - This feature allows you to have multiple extremely clear statuses that your user will be able to easily understand. This feature also allows you to keep your users informed about the status of their request.

Shortcomings of hellonext

Stability issues - While testing out hellonext, we ran into some issues with the app. It was unresponsive at times, especially when handling a lot of feedback.
